A Peek At Little India

What do I love most about traveling? Being able to expose and immerse myself in cultures that are so different from what I was brought up in. It's like being a sponge; I try to absorb, understand, and appreciate every little bit of the cultures I am exposed to. I think the best teacher is experience. Tasting different foods, seeing people practice their religion, or just basically how they live their lives; these are the reasons why I love being in a foreign (or unfamiliar) place. :)

  1. That's one funky temple! The carved statues on the spire are very intricate. Fantastic art! Too bad I skipped Little India in SG. This post made me wanna go back.

  11. My Mom seems to be addicted now to India movies, but hey they really do have a great story on their movies it's just that it's too long and a lot of singing.

Is it a safe place to visit? In the movies I see it's totally hot and dusty. Not sure if it was just a province though. LOL.
