NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk is an opaque white base, usually worn under and eye shadow. It has the right consistency of creaminess for ease of application with a matte finish. Its handy and easy to use, especially because its in a pencil form. I particularly like to apply this on my inner corners and on my brow bone for highlight. Its a good base for your shadows if you really want to bring out the vibrancy of the eye shadow.

PROS: The color payoff is great, easy to use, a little more long wearing compared to the usual pencil shadows (probably because its matte), you can use it as a base or to hide the baby hair (eye brows) that's growing
CONS: Won't recommend using this as a base alone when you have extremely oily lids, not yet available in the local department stores


VERDICT:

 I will definitely repurchase!
